The duration depends on the size of the organization, availability of data, number of stakeholders and depth of output. The schedule is determined after diagnosis, and no standard duration should be announced before the scope is known.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interviews in the diagnostic phase, working sessions in the design phase, and interim reviews for approval. Outputs are built with your team, not about it, because early involvement increases applicability and reduces resistance to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Consulting tools are adapted to the organization's sector, size, and level of management maturity. Well-known frameworks can be used, but the final output does not have to be a generic template to be renamed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
