A management consulting firm works on the decision before the report

Atyaf Consulting is a management and strategic consulting office that works with Saudi enterprises to build strategy, develop operational structures and models, and manage institutional performance — with outputs that are built in partnership with the internal team and remain usable after the project ends.

We start from the question that needs a decision

Most establishments do not need an additional report, but rather a deferred decision: What priorities should we present? Who has the decision? How do we know we are progressing? So we start by diagnosing the problem before proposing the scope of work, and then we link each recommendation to an deliverable that has an owner and a clear standard of achievement.

Work limits

What we offer — and what we don't

Clarity of boundaries reduces unrealistic expectations and makes it easier for you to evaluate the technical proposal.

What we offer

  • Administrative diagnosis and gap analysis based on interviews, documents and data.
  • Building strategic direction and turning it into initiatives and indicators.
  • Designing structures, operational models, and authority matrices.
  • Description of processes and standardization of procedures and policies.
  • Launching and transferring knowledge workshops for output owners.

What we don't offer

  • Ready-made templates are renamed with Organization Name.
  • Promises a result number before diagnosing and reading the data.
  • Automate a process before defining and standardizing it.
  • Many indicators are simply available for data without serving a decision.
  • Deliverables delivered without an internal owner and implementation plan.

Who do we work for?

Who typically benefits from these services?

The work formula varies depending on who has the decision-making power within the organization, and this is what we determine in the first conversation.

Scope and deliverables details for each service on the Services page, and work phases on the Work Methodology page.

01

Senior management and boards of directors

When what is required is a clear strategic direction and settled priorities that can be followed up periodically.

02

Institutional development departments

When structures, powers, and policies need to be designed or updated to keep pace with the size of the organization.

03

Strategy and initiatives offices

When there are multiple projects without executive governance or progress reports used in decision-making.

Work obligations

How do we maintain applicability?

The output is built with your team

Joint working sessions instead of a sudden final delivery, because early participation reduces resistance to change.

Each director has an approved owner

We determine the owner of the output within the organization before delivery, otherwise the output will be turned into a file with no operational effect.

Confidentiality of information

Controls for the circulation of data and documents are agreed in writing before the start of the diagnosis.

Transfer knowledge before closing

Train deliverable owners and run at least one review cycle before project close.

Next Step

Start by describing the challenge, not by requesting a quote

A clear description of the current situation and the decision to be supported makes the first conversation more useful, and brings the proposed scope closer to your actual need.

Questions before contracting

On the Home page, there is a list of questions you can ask any consulting office before choosing it, and criteria for comparing offers.
