Frequently Asked Questions
Questions to ask before starting a consulting project
Brief answers about service selection, scope and duration, outputs, and confidentiality. If you don't find your question, send us a brief description of the challenge and we'll answer it in the diagnostic chat.
We begin with a diagnostic conversation to understand the challenge, the required decision, and the expected outcome. It is then determined whether an integrated project, a workshop, or a smaller phased project is more appropriate. There is also a table on the Home page linking the challenge to the nearest service that can be used as a starting point.
The duration depends on the size of the organization, availability of data, number of stakeholders and depth of output. The schedule is determined after diagnosis, and no standard duration should be announced before the scope is known.
Remuneration is related to scope: number of deliverables, depth of analysis, size of stakeholders, and duration of implementation support. That is why the technical and financial offer is made after the diagnostic conversation. Price List — Added from an authorized source
Five stages: diagnosis, analysis, design, implementation, measurement — and each stage has activities and a verifiable deliverable. Full details on the work methodology page.
Interviews in the diagnostic phase, working sessions in the design phase, and interim reviews for approval. Outputs are built with your team, not about it, because early involvement increases applicability and reduces resistance to change.
Consulting tools are adapted to the organization's sector, size, and level of management maturity. Well-known frameworks can be used, but the final output does not have to be a generic template to be renamed.
It depends on the service: a strategic map and initiative plan, or an organizational structure and a matrix of powers, or indicator cards, a monitoring board, and a review cycle. The detailed list of each service is on the Services page.
The scope can include launch workshops, change management, training deliverable owners, and running performance review cycles. This should be explicitly stated in the technical proposal rather than left to interpretation.
Require team participation in construction, announced progress reviews, practical implementation models, an approved owner for each deliverable, and a post-delivery implementation plan. An ownerless output turns into a file with no operational trace.
The controls for the circulation of data and documents are agreed upon in writing before the start of the diagnosis, and the channels of exchange and powers are determined. It is not recommended to submit confidential information in the initial request via the form.
The office is based in Jeddah, and part of the interviews and work sessions can be carried out remotely. The mix of attendance and remote work will be agreed upon according to the distribution of stakeholders and the nature of the sessions.
Send a brief description of the challenge, decision to support, expected outcome, and target date via the contact page, then set up a diagnostic conversation before proposing scope.
